Pistachio cookies

1c Margine
1 egg
1 3oz package pistachio pudding (have not found this in Korea, I bring it from home)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp almond extract
2c flour

Mix all the above together
stir in 1/2c chocolate chips

roll into balls and if desired roll into chopped nuts
place on a greased cookie sheet and place a thumb print into each cookie
bake 10-14 minutes at 350F

after cooled drizzle frosting into each center
frosting:
1/2c powdered sugar
enough milk to make a desired consistency to drizzled frosting
add red (or any other color) food coloring
(red food coloring makes it a great Christmas cookie)

after frosting set up drizzle additional melted chocolate chips on top of each cookie
chocolate chips can be melted over stove top or in the microwave stirring constantly
